The Tezzerator deck was best designed and play by Kenny Öberg as he made his way to top 8 in 2008 Pro Tour Berlin

This deck is a control, or rather "lock down" deck The deck has set up to deal with all the popular decks that appears a lot in the Pro Tour

The entire deck is based on Trinket Mage and Tezzeret the Seeker to search the weapon to go against opponent The card drawing is based on Thirst for Knowledge

Chrome Mox is serves as acceleration

One of the key card in this deck is Chalice of the Void using it to call on 0,1,2,or 3 can lock down most cards on every deck Another card that shines is Engineered Explosives Since most creatures in this format have similar mana cost this card simply says: destroy all creature your opponent play for the past few turns

Pyrite Spellbomb and Aether Spellbomb is a card that solves one creature, in early stage this is good to stop creature-combo deck and/or slow down agressive decks using cratures to attack their opponent

Ensnaring Bridge are there to deal with decks that attack you with creatures

Even more, the deck use Vedalken Shackles to reverse the situation

Trinisphere is a card use to slow down the tempo This card locks down both spell-base and creature-base deck

Pithing Needle and Venser, Shaper Savant is just a card that solves everything. One prevent from early stage and the other stop as game goes on

Vendilion Clique is a card that slows down opponent depend on what type of deck one's opponent is playing It also can be an attacker and beat-down opponent's

For counter spell, signature of blue mana-base deck the deck offerSpell Snare, Stifle and Cryptic Command

The lands the deck use areAcademy Ruins, Breeding Pool, Flooded Strand, Great Furnace, Miren, the Moaning Well, Polluted Delta, Riptide Laboratory, Steam Vents, and Island only Academy Ruins provide ability to recycle artifacts The rest of the lands are just there to smoothen mana

The sideboard mainly focus on dealing with cratures as we saw Firespout, Stifle, and Threads of Disloyalty It has 1 Tormod's Crypt to deal with Dredge deck to deal with graveyard-base deck Blood Moon is there to drive every player crazy Imagine all you have is red mana while not playing a red deck Lastly Ancient Grudge is there for artifact, for sure but there might be possiblity that this can be used in mirror match
