Face a Villainous Choice

Villainous choice is a punisher mechanic introduced in the Universes Beyond set Doctor Who.

Description

Villainous choice targets the player's opponents. They are presented with a choice of effects which are all detrimental. It is a punisher mechanic, but with targeting it has greater multiplayer appeal with negotiation.
