Time Streams is written by J. Robert King and was published in May 1999. It is currently out of print.

Plot

Urza has set up the Tolarian Academy to develop a way to stop Phyrexia from invading Dominaria. But the people around him are starting to see that his means may be as destructive as Phyrexia's end.
