Billy Moreno

Billy Moreno is a former Pro Tour player and a Magic designer and developer for Wizards of the Coast. He used to be a columnist for StarCityGames.com and a particpant in The Great Designer Search 2. He was one of the columnists for Latest Developments.

Billy left Wizards of the Coast in September 2013 to return to his home state of Texas and start a family.
