Panopticon

Panopticon is a fortress on Mirrodin made from an indestructible metal called Darksteel. From here, Memnarch controls his artifact minions and watches over his world through the eyes of his artifact creations, the myr.

The Panopticon is located in the very center of Mirrodin. Memnarch essentially spends all of his time here, monitoring the upper world.
