Sulli Valenco was a wojek Section Commander of the Ninth Section in 9999 Z.C., present during Kos's retirement hearing. She was an ex-wife of Agrus Kos. She was nominated to replace Commander-General Vict Gharti, who wanted to retire on the last day of the tenth millennium. She was to be succeeded by shift captain Phaskin. It never came to any of these two things.
Sometimes before the Decamillennial, Valenco was killed and replaced by lupul, a fact that was revealed during the Decamillennial.
