Template:Character Meloku the Clouded Mirror was a soratami ambassador at daimyo Konda's court in Eiganjo. He assisted Konda with the ritual of ripping That Which Was Taken from the spirit world, the crime that started the Kami War. It is hinted that Meloku could have been the one who suggested this to Konda to start the long-term plan of the soratami that should end with moonfolk taking over the whole Kamigawa.

Like all soratami, Meloku was aristocratic, arrogant and cruel, thinking his race to be superior to all others. Sometimes during the Kami War, he found a dragon egg and brought it into his palace. The egg was later stolen by the akki Kiki-Jiki, who was sent there by the dragon who the egg belonged to.
