Sam Jiang is a former Senior Product Designer and Product Manager for Wizards of the Coast, working for the company from January 2021 to October 2022.[1]

At Wizards, he served as the Product Architect for multiple tentpole Magic: The Gathering sets (Wilds of Eldraine, Dominaria Remastered, Ravnica Remastered) and preconstructed products (Starter Commander Decks, Standard & Pioneer Challenger Decks 2021/22, Starter Kit 2023, Game Night: Free-For-All), as well as the Product Manager & Product Owner for SpellTable. He was also the primary strategy lead on various new player acquisition initiatives. [2]

Sam worked on both Magic: The Gathering and SpellTable. As he was interested in having a chance to see the process from the inside, he was part of the exploratory design team for The Lost Caverns of Ixalan[3] , as well as the set design team for Wilds of Eldraine.[4]
