Artifact lands is a term used in reference to the six land cards printed in Mirrodin and Darksteel that also have the artifact type. This addition contributed to the dominance of affinity, and thus, in June 2004, all six were banned from Standard. The artifact lands are:
- Ancient Den (produces white mana)
- Seat of the Synod (produces blue mana)
- Vault of Whispers (produces black mana)
- Great Furnace (produces red mana)
- Tree of Tales (produces green mana)
