Is there a reason for the claim about "encouraging battlecruiser play" in the first paragraph? I've read through the attached citation of Mark Rosewater's explanation, and restrictive design and worries about card advantage are emphasized here, but nowhere can I see is Mark highlighting bestow as "battlecruiser magic" or indicating that "encouraging battlecruiser magic" is reason to adjust something's rating on the storm scale.

It was something I had collected over reading Blogatog and Limited articles from other players, but once I went to search Blogatog specifically the most relevant answer was one that explicitly defied Theros being battlecruiser Magic, so I've changed it to a phrase found in the Storm Scale article.
