Is there a reason for the claim about "encouraging battlecruiser play" in the first paragraph? I've read through the attached citation of Mark Rosewater's explanation, and restrictive design and worries about card advantage are emphasized here, but nowhere can I see is Mark highlighting bestow as "battlecruiser magic" or indicating that "encouraging battlecruiser magic" is reason to adjust something's rating on the storm scale. | |||
