Lure is a non-keyword ability to force opposing creatures to block, named after the card Lure. Lure is mainly found on green creatures and spells. The latest rule from Oracle:
- all creatures able to block (this creature) do so.
- target creature blocks (this creature) this turn if able.
Lure can either force opponents to block smaller creatures to larger one or block creatures with lethal abilities (deathtouch, venom).
