Cisarzim, the Lord of Chaos was the parun of the Gruul Clans. He is allegedly the forebear of Borborygmos, the current guildmaster of the Gruul. Although his fate is not detailed in any canonical works, it is presumed that he has died, as Svogthir, the parun of the Golgari Swarm, integrated Cisarzim's torso into his own corpse.[1]

Cisarzim was noted for having wielded a ax known as "Skullhammer".[1]
