Tovolar is the alpha of the Mondronen howlpack on the plain of Innistrad. He is described a large and sliver. Unlike other werewolves, he was never known to transform back into a human form. He reportedly enjoys carnage and howlsongs. His howlpack was known for using a form of blood magic, also a novelty among werewolves who are not commonly known to use any kind of magic.
