Billy Moreno is a former Pro Tour player and a Magic designer and developer for Wizards of the Coast. He used to be a columnist for StarCityGames.com and a particpant in The Great Designer Search 2. [1] He was one of the columnists for Latest Developments. [2]
Billy left Wizards of the Coast in September 2013 to return to his home state of Texas and start a family. [3]
