The Land deck, usually just called XX Lands, where XX is the number of lands in the deck, is a deck focused around that card type.

The deck uses Exploration and Manabond to put a large quantity of lands with various effects into play early on and is able to regrow discarded or destroyed lands with Life from the Loam and Crucible of Worlds. Intution and Gamble, are easy tutors for the deck as it does in general not care what cards land in it's graveyard.

Lands used are of a large variety. They may draw cards (Tranquil Thicket), keep the opponent off his mana (Wasteland, Rishadan Port), or otherwise disrupt the opponents gameplan (Glacial Chasm, Barbarian Ring, Maze of Ith, Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale). Others provide support (Nomad Stadium, Academy Ruins). Finally there is the win condition which consists of attacking with the manlands Mishra's Factory, Treetop Village or Nantuko Monastery.
