Tax Rack was a White Weenie variant and became famous when Randy Buehler won the North American Extended Championship with it. Using Land Tax and Scroll Rack, the deck could draw three additional cards every turn and never worry about mana. Tithe would also become a draw spell and had great synergy with Mox Diamond. Land Tax and Tithe in themselves already made any opening hand playable provided one land that produces white mana. Using Plateau, the deck could also easily splash into red for Lightning Bolt, Firestorm and Gorilla Shaman. In 2008, Mike Flores called it the 8th most powerful Extended deck of All Time. [1]
