:Only the Exodus page from WOTC has advanced builds listed for their preconstructed decks. Looks like Mirage was actually the first set to do so, 1 year earlier. |

Correcting Information
The page says that Tempest was the first set to bring in pre-constructed decks.
Looks like Mirage was actually the first set to do so, 1 year earlier.
