There are 35 core set theme decks. The ones preceding Magic 2010 are mono-colored.

Magic 2011

As of Magic 2011, intro packs will again be sixty card decks, rather than the 41 card decks they have been since Shards of Alara. They still come with a 15-card booster enclosed.
