Template:Character Uyo was the greatest of soratami seers and prophets, and one of the highest-ranked persona in the soratami hierarchy. She and her pupils, the Disciples of Uyo, maintained the control of strategic decisions and long-term plans for the soratami society, communicating directly with their patron spirit, Mochi. Uyo was a strong telepath, highly skilled in astral projection, long-range psychic attacks and mental projections. She preferred to speak telepathically, hence the moniker "silent". Despite her cold demeanor, her actual and mental voice was rich and throaty. Her best disciple and right-hand was Chiyo.
When a punishment upon Toshi Umezawa, who was constantly crossing their plans, should be executed, Uyo took the task upon herself. Even without leaving her palace, she tortured Toshi with mental images and made him return to Sokenzan and almost return his stolen power to its bearer, the yuki-onna - who will probably kill Toshi immediately. However, the intervention of Myojin of Night's Reach helped Toshi to regain his senses. Thanks to the myojin's power, Uyo could not break the bond with Toshi and cannot escape the vision she herself created. That allowed Toshi to use te power of yuki-onna to freeze her alive despite the fact that her physical form was miles away in that moment. Before the eyes of Mochi and Chiyo in her chamber, her body toppled and shattered into frozen shards.
