I'm not completely sure what you mean, but if you are referring to the formatting of the section headings, I have set them all to this formatting as a way to maintain consistency throughout the sets pages. I was using a different formatting, but someone else came along and reformatted them all to this format, so I just continued using it. I'm guessing someone liked the way it looked.
