Sangranzuls are an anthropomorphic race which have ability to find manalines better even than planeswalkers, so they serve them often. Tese days there is only one known Sangranzul though - Malvos who served planeswalker Tempè.
Sangranzuls can live very long. They do, however, need to "eat" mana from time to time to survive; they can starve for ages though.
