Villainous choice is a mechanic introduced in the Universes Beyond set Doctor Who.
Description
Villainous choice targets the player's opponents. They are presented with a choice of effects which are all detrimental.[1]

At the beginning of your end step, each of your opponents face a villainous choice — Each artifact creature you control deals 1 damage to that opponent, or you draw a card and chaos ensues.
