Sleeper Agent is a Magic Arena-specific constructed singleton format for Magic: The Gathering.[1]

Description

In this format, featured in Magic: The Gathering Arena events, each player begins the game with a Sleeper Agent emblem that has the following ability:

Sleeper Agent

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose a creature card in your hand at random. It perpetually becomes a Phyrexian in addition to its other types. Whenever a Phyrexian you control deals combat damage to a player, that player gets two poison counters.

Other than that, the usual rules for singleton decks apply:

  • Minimum of 60 cards in the main deck (maximum 250 cards for main decks)
  • Up to 15 cards in your sideboard, if used
  • No more than one copy of any individual card in your main deck and sideboard combined (except basic lands)

Banned list

The following cards are banned in Sleeper Agent.[2]
