Time Streams is the third book in the Artifacts Cycle. This cycle started in Brothers' War and Planeswalker, and is concluded in Bloodlines.
Time Streams is written by J. Robert King and was published in May 1999. It was republished in September 2009 as the second part of Artifacts Cycle II.

Plot
Urza has set up the Tolarian Academy to develop a way to stop Phyrexia from invading Dominaria. But the people around him are starting to see that his means may be as destructive as Phyrexia's end.
