Balance[1] and Harmony[2] are playtest names for an unnamed mechanic in Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty.
Description
Balance/Harmony is a threshold ability where you need to control an artifact and an enchantment, and is centered in black. It enables some decks that play a combination of both sides (traditional versus modernity). R&D focused it in white and black as a draft archetype.[2]
Example
Example
Banishing Slash
Sorcery
Destroy up to one target artifact, enchantment, or tapped creature. Then if you control an artifact and an enchantment, create a 2/2 white Samurai creature token with vigilance.
