Portal Three Kingdoms is based on the famous Chinese epic of the Three Kingdoms, thus there are three theme decks.
Shu Kingdom
Shu Kingdom is a theme deck from Portal Three Kingdoms.

Shu Kingdom has many creatures with horsemanship as well as sorceries to get rid of your opponent's creatures or pump up yours. This deck also features three of the famous heroes from the Three Kingdom's Story: Liu Bei, Zhang Fei and Guan Yu.[1] |

Wu Kingdom
Wu Kingdom is a theme deck from Portal Three Kingdoms.

The deck features seven creatures with horsemanship, more than any of the other Portal Three Kingdoms preconstructed decks. Because they can't be blocked by creatures without horsemanship, these creatures will be the way you finish off your opponent. The second way Wu Kingdom gains control is through counterspells. This deck features six sorceries that can counter one of your opponent's spells. This deck also contains the Legend Creatures Lu Xun, Scholar General and Sun Quan, Lord of Wu.[2] |
