Is there any confirmatiion that Sporoloths are sapient in the manner of Thallids? Or are they more like non-sapient animated fungus organisms? |

Race and not-races

Are Sporoloths "sapient"?
Is there any confirmatiion that Sporoloths are sapient in the manner of Thallids? Or are they more like non-sapient animated fungus organisms?
