Rogue deck is a term used to refer to a tournament deck which does not seem to follow the trends of a particular metagame. Rogue decks are often attributed to Johnny players, and are generally not believed to be able to compete with the more popular decks in the metagame. However, rogue decks often benefit from being a surprise to a well-established metagame, thus giving an advantage to the player.
