Cephalid Breakfast is a combo deck in Legacy built around milling your entire library in one turn. This is accomplished through the use of Cephalid Illusionist and something that can target him an infinite number of times, such as Nomads en-Kor. Once you have set this up, you will use Dread Return to get either a fat beater (Iona, Shield of Emeria) or a combo. While the Breakfast is fast, it is also consistent. It can either race opposing combo decks, or use something like AEther Vial to play around countermagic.
This particular build wins with the combo of Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Pestermite. You can get both out with just one Dread Return using Karmic Guide. Return the Guide to play, and use it's ability to bring back Kiki-Jiki. Kiki-Jiki can then copy the Guide and get pack the Pestermite. Pestermite then targets Kiki-Jiki, and you proceed to make infinite Pestermite tokens. Many builds like this one also include the infinite life combo of Nomads en-Kor + Daru Spiritualist + Starlit Sanctum.
