Now, with the Eldrazi's magical seals becoming weaker and their minions having been freed, Sorin has returned to Zendikar, seeking who would try to free the Eldrazi, and also hoping to reseal them. Sorin Markov is a planeswalker that made his debut in the Zendikar expansion. Despite being a Vampire, he appears to be a noble, heroic character. He once came to Zendikar to imprison the vile Eldrazi, a powerful race that once attempted to conquer the multiverse. He was assisted in this task by two other Planeswalkers. Now, with the Eldrazi's magical seals becoming weaker and their minions having been freed, Sorin has returned to Zendikar, seeking who would try to free the Eldrazi, and also hoping to reseal them.
