Extended TEPS deck

TEPS or The Extended Perfect Storm is a deck which uses mana producing spells alongside Mind's Desire to generate a large storm count to finish off the opponent with numerous copies of Tendrils of Agony. It was primarily invented and discussed in MTG Salvation Extended forums and made its debut at Worlds 2006.
