Jace Beleren is a planeswalker introduced in the Lorwyn set. He is incredibly intelligent and is adept at blue magic, with such talents as clairvoyance, telepathy and illusionism. He has a reserved nature and a troubled conscience, as he has made some poor decisions in the past.[1]
According to Wizards of the Coast's Planeswalker Minisite, Jace Beleren is described as:
“ | smart, maybe too smart for his own good. His magic is all about the mind—clairvoyance, telepathy, illusion. He is naturally reserved, confident in his own abilities but not cocky. Jace's capacity for deception has led him to make some bad choices, but he has always managed to escape the consequences. Just as blue mana is poised between white and black, Jace has a complex and troubled conscience. The nature of his abilities means he must make difficult decisions about what's right and how his actions define him.[1] | ” |
