Gleemax is the name for the mythical giant alien brain in a jar that secretly runs Magic: The Gathering R&D. It is an in-joke among the Magic: The Gathering staff of Wizards of the Coast.[1]

The card Gleemax, which inspired Mindslaver,[2] was printed in Unhinged, and became available on Magic Online, in June 2007.
