Latest Ranking

I think we should add a new column to the table, dating the latest rankings per planeswalker. Like Bolas almost certainly isn't a 3 anymore —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 50.217.38.234 (talk • contribs) 12:43, 24 February 2022‎.

I have thought for awhile that this table template should include dates (by year, at least). Not only do some rankings get outdated, but sometimes you might have like 4 posts of a year which really all mean the same thing, then another post 3 years later, but that uneven pattern is not clear at all from the table.

But, this kind of formatting is a bit difficult to do easily and I'm not sure what the best look would be. I was thinking something like:

2015: 7,8; 2019: 6; 2021: 5, 5, 5, 4

But throw in the footnotes and it starts to look pretty cramped. Also, this discussion might belong on Template:MaroScale since it applies to all of them.- jerodast (talk) 18:02, 24 February 2022 (UTC)

Ooh maybe with <small> text like:

2015: 7¹, 8²; 2019: 6³; 2021: 5⁴, 5⁵, 5⁶, 4⁷

Also wanted to note that the template is a Lua template (written in Lua programming language not wiki template code) so even harder to modify, but certainly possible. - jerodast (talk) 18:09, 24 February 2022 (UTC)
