This symbol ("† ") is intended, at least in theory, to a) indicate something specific about the artists it is marked by and b) make artists who share that specific trait easily searchable in the article (i.e.: via ctrl/cmd+F). Seeing how it appears next to Christopher Rush's name, I assume it's meant to denote artists of particularly noteworthy cards, or at least artists of significant notoriety in the community. It would be nice to actually give what the symbol is used to denote somewhere within the article, as is customary with asterisks and asterisk-like markings.

: I would think that this character is not used as dagger as you assume but as a cross, since Rush passed away 2016. - [[User:Yanderesliver|Yandere Sliver]] [[File:H09 symbol.png|16px|link=User talk:Yanderesliver]] 09:32, 9 November 2018 (UTC)

New project! --Hunter61 11:18, 4 March 2012 (EST)

No offense but what is the matter that this wiki seems to have so many pages on trivial things? These things are poorly if at all maintained even without "new projects" pushing others onto the backburner. Wouldn't it be better to focus on something than do others or keep work pages? Just impressions I'm getting. Anyway this page is awful to look at even with my amendments. It would be good to have a clean sortable table, sortable by surname, expansion of first appearance, etc. --Kraken Chowder 101 (talk) 04:24, 2 October 2012 (EDT)

—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Crossark (talkcontribs).

I would think that this character is not used as dagger as you assume but as a cross, since Rush passed away 2016. - Yandere Sliver 09:32, 9 November 2018 (UTC)
