'''Melira''', '''Project Melira''' or '''Project X''' is a primarily black and green combo deck for the [[Modern]] Format. The aim of the deck is to use the namesake <c>Melira, Sylvok Outcast</c> in combination with a creature with [[Persist]] and a sacrifice outlet. When sacrifice, the Persist creature returns without a -1/-1 counter due to Melira, and thus can be sacrificed ad infinitum. Thus either the effect generated from the sacrifice, or the effects of the Persist creature, is replicated nearly infinitely.

The deck functions as a tool-box kit with midrange capabilities and has only one combo compared to its predecessor, the Melira Pod. The only combo the deck has is the <c>Archangel of Thune</c> and <c>Spike Feeder</c> interaction which gives the controller infinite life and infinite +1/+1 counters of his/her creatures.

Variants exist with and without <c>Birthing Pod</c>.

Angel Pod or Thune pod is a primarily black and green combo deck for the Modern Format. The deck functions as a tool-box kit with midrange capabilities and has only one combo compared to its predecessor, the Melira Pod. The only combo the deck has is the Archangel of Thune and Spike Feeder interaction which gives the controller infinite life and infinite +1/+1 counters of his/her creatures.
