Well, it's a ten year old format that hasn't been updated. It's also casual, so play it however you choose; play opponent and player targeting spells as appropriate, which may increase or decrease the difficulty as desired. Keep in mind that ChatGPT will source from everyone who was has ever said anything wrong about anything, along with everyone who plays under house rules, so its accuracy is about as good as a random person on the internet.
