Tongo Nation was a deck created by the eponymous team Tongo Nation and piloted by team members David Mills and Justin Schneider to the grand finals and top eight, respectively, of Pro Tour Chicago 1997.[1] It was a mid-range Blue/Red/White control deck that had enough removal to handle creature decks and enough hard-to-kill creatures and sustain to handle control decks. It found itself a surprise hit at the tournament.
