Michael "Mike" Donais is a former Magic: The Gathering designer and developer for Wizards of the Coast. Before joining Wizards of the Coast, Mike was a Magic tournament organizer, Pro Tour player, and Pro Tour judge.

When Mike joined Wizards in 2000, he started as a Magic: The Gathering designer. In 2003, he transitioned to the Dungeons & Dragons game as a developer. Mike also worked extensively on the creation of the D&D Miniatures line. Since then, Mike has worked on games such as Dreamblade, Uncivilized: The Goblin Game, and D&D Tiny Adventures. Mike currently leads the design of the D&D Insider tools, including the D&D Character Builder, D&D Adventure Tools, and the D&D Compendium.[1]
