They're just an alternate set of properties for a face-down creature. 2) The card says "may" - not all Presents are wrapped. 3) Rephrased visual description; it's subjective but I think this way is easier to picture. It's probably more of a "chaos warp rift", but I guess a time rift is also similar. 4) Made it more clear Chaos Wrap isn't itself a Present and that the face-down card IS the present.
