The Reef Pirates are Dwarf corsairs on the seas of Ulgrotha, knowledgable about the ways of the waters and the seeking of treasures. They know the uses, and dangers, of sea kelp, as well as what happens in Baron Sengir's vault of horrors, though they are not likely counted among the vampire lord's allies.
