"Brims" Barone is a human rogue and midway mobster boss of Myra the Magnificent's Intergalactic Astrotorium of Fun.
Description
You want a hat anywhere on the Astrotorium? "Brims" is your guy. He has you covered: literally and figuratively. You wanna cross him by wearing your own hat? You might lose more than that if you mess with "Brims" Barone like that. [1]
"Brims" does not work for the park, hence why he does not have the employee type. But since he controls the hats, he follows the park around. Myra knows that part of the cost of doing business is dealing with Barone for all things hats.
History
"Brims" was the son of an unsuccessful haberdasher. His father was more controlling with hats than others might have been. He was always envious of other people's hats compared to those of his father's designs. Someday, he knew, that those, and all hats, would be under his control.
