Captain may refer either of two formats using the same name:

- Captains of MTG is a Commander variant intended to support a variety of archetypes in competitive play, including burn, mill, combo, control, and aggro.

- Captain is a format similar to yet distinct from Commander, intended to facilitate democratic Community voting on bans, unbans, rules changes, and other format changes.
