Meshuvel

Meshuvel was a female planeswalker who encountered Urza when he was new to his powers, who tried and failed to trap him in a time well. She was afraid of Urza's eyes and finally she planeswalked away. Urza wanted to find her, not to revange on her but out of curiosity.

She had also shown Urza how to use his planeswalker powers.
