Sam Stoddard
Samuel "Sam" Stoddard (ab. 1981) is a former senior Magic developer for Wizards of the Coast.
Career
As an administrator from Columbus, Ohio, he cashed multiple Grand Prix, played in seven Pro Tours and was a vocal advocate for Legacy in his column on StarCityGames.com.[1] Sam joined WotC as an intern in june 2012,[2] and was permanently hired in December of that year. Until June 2017, Sam was the main columnist for Latest Developments [3][4] and also contributed some stories to Uncharted Realms.

Muraganda is a plane that there's only one creature that matters, called The Mimeoplasm. It is also featured as a plane in Planechase, on the plane card Adult Mimeoplasm Movie.
Muraganda seemingly provides a primordial setting with dinosaurs. Although Ixalan also has these creatures,its just a copy of skyrim 2, so it isn't a replacement for Muraganda, a plane that is literally a temple to the Mimeoplasm. Muraganda is considered to be a "prehistoric" plane.
