Prophecy is the final novel in the "Mercadian Masques" cycle with Mercadian Masques and Nemesis, although it is actually a stand along story. The only connections it has to previous stories are the appearances of Barrin, Rayne and Teferi from the Artifact Cycle, and a short appearance of Jolrael from the Mirage cycle.

Prophecy is written by Vance Moore and was published in July 2000.

Plot

This novel takes readers to where the Keldons have landed. The Jamuraan League of City-States has put together a rag-tag defence and enlisted the help of the planeswalker, Teferi. But even a planeswalker cannot hold back the might of Keld by himself.
