Alena is a trapper from Kessig on Innistrad. She is the partner (in both work and life) of Halana.[1][2]
Description
Hal and Alena are trackers, hunters, and protectors who live in the depths of the dark Ulvenwald. The forest of Ulvenwald is home to many of Innistrad's most fearsome creatures, including werewolves, vampires, and the possessed. Alena defends travelers through the forest, guiding them to the nearby town of Gatstaf, always with the aid Halana. Alena is a highly skilled tracker, using all of her senses to find the monsters that threaten the good folk of Kessig province. She is particularly skilled at hunting werewolves.
History
When a greater threat faced Innistrad in the form of an Eldrazi incursion, Alena and Halana joined forces with the lycanthropes to help save the plane.[3][4]
