Lorwyn Rules card

Rule cards or Tips & Tricks cards are extra cards inserted in booster packs that explain a theme or mechanic found in that set. They were first introduced in the 10th Edition, although Legends boosters had a rules card which was introduced there when the decision of not printing Legends as a standalone set was made, and Portal had ten strategy cards with deck-building tips. Starting with 10th Edition, a 16th card was added to booster packs. This card was either a rules card or a token produced by something in that set. [1]
