Evincar was a title used to indicate the ruler of the Stronghold on Rath and Dominaria. Evincars are recruited to the ranks of evil through their ruthless personal ambition and propensity for destruction.[1] The Tempest storybook mentions that the title of evincar may have been used for other Phyrexian rulers on other planes.
Known evincars include:
- Croag
- Burgess
- Davvol
- Volrath
- Crovax of Windgrace
- The Weaver King (unofficial, he took control of it for himself)
- Mirri (in an alternate reality)
- The demon Belzenlok [2]
